It is very pretty and I loved that you can see it cooking. The removable rack was great so you won’t burn your fingers getting the food out. But the oven did have a problem. After I cooked something and the toaster oven was still very hot all the way around (had to place mine on a wooden cutting board to protect my counter tops from the heat), the glass door stuck shut at the top of the metal handle (heat expansion??) on the door and I had to use a towel to hold the hot toaster oven so that I could open the door and not get burned getting my hot food out of it. Maybe my oven was just defective?? I did return it but would have kept it if the door had worked properly.

The oven is great. The toaster takes forever to even brown, I like the way it looks and fitsmy teeny NYC kitchen. If I had more space, however, I wouldn’t not buy this product.
