Huge design flaw on ‘angled’ show/sole plate of the saw. The way it’s designed to be angle-adjusted makes it impossible to do straight vertical cuts. The sole plate won’t stain properly in place and it’s impossible to secure it with a single screw and a pathetic tiny pin. Though, it feels like it have enough power to do proper cuts but it’s impossible to have any accuracy. Avoid.Avoid even though it has nice features like laser guide and plastic blade protector. And while cutting the laser didn’t seem to point where the blade would go.By the way, changing blades is a tedious job with this particular saw. Need to loosen 2 screws and then work the blade inside into a slot with a bizarre design. Inconvenient.
