If you see Red and Yellow only, the battery life is low. If you see Red light only, the battery is dead. Works perfectly for battery storage in a drawer. Comes with mounting screws so you can take advantage of its compact size and mount it to the wall.

Overall, I really like this. Ive had this for about 1 month now. I’m a gigging musician with plenty of electronic devices that all need batteries, and the batteries need to be ready. The caddy is really of more value to me than the tester. I also purchased the La Crosse battery tester to take with me when I’m on the road. The caddy has helped bring some organization to my cluttered life. My only complaint is that the battery tester that comes with the caddy is a little awkward to hold with some battery sizes. Notice in the photos it’s got an arm that swings out and must make contact with the battery lead. It works and appears to be accurate, just a little clumsy to use. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 starts, and like I said the caddy helps me keep track of all the batteries I have in a safe and organized manner.
