Now, this is a knife!!! It fits in my hand really well. I like that the whole thing is made of high quality steel, not just plastic. Even when I dropped it a couple of times, the knive still works. Other knives would of NOT taken just that minor beating. It’s a great product from Stanley. Actually, all of the Stanley products that I bought have been great.Please note that this knife is HUGE! Not your average knife.

Very reliable and made for those tough jobs. If you’re looking for lightweight, this isn’t the knife for you. This knife is made of REAL metal, not plastic!

I’ve never been so satisfied with a utility knife and I have had a lot of them. Razor blade knives must have a place but for me I got tired changing blades all the time. Then there are those u-knives that you have to use a screwdriver to open up flip the blade and screw back together. They are OK but they didn’t stay sharp for long. The Fat Max EXTREME 10-817, now that is a blade that stays sharp. On the negative side it can be a bit difficult to load up the clip of blades.
