I have been in construction for over 30 years and have been through literally a hundred tape measures. Tried to save money buyin a cheapie more than once and I’m sure many of you know how that turned out. I have used many Stanleys over the years and I gotta say that for a smaller guy this one is the best for me. I do some framing, drywall, and finish work so I need a “full sized” tape much of the time, the Fatmax is pretty indestructable but is a bear to hold comfortably and perform tasks with one handed, the classic Stanley Powerlock is what I bought for years and got good service from them but they are a bit bulky for smaller hands too. When I bought a BladeArmour Powerlock because they were out of my Classic I balked about the price until I got it out in the real world for a spin on the job. I will never go back to anything else, it fits in my hand like a glove and outlasts the Classic by a longshot. These are not available at my local “big box” Cheepo stores so I buy them from an online seller and buy a half dozen at a time because the price comes down and I have a few co workers who have become fans of this tape too. DO NOT EVER STOP MAKING THESE FOR US!!! ………….Please?

Hard to find anymore, not in big box stores…but these are the best tape measures out there…. hands down….Being in construction and a carpenter for 30 plus years You just can never have enough…. lightweight, fits good in the pouch, also fits your hands when working with it….
