No it did not. I have had the same tape for more than 6 years. I have had to replace a few of them as the tape broke. The new tape does not seem to be as thick as tapes in the past. When I try to extend it out it always seems to snap and not stay extended beyond 12 feet. The old tapes I had would go out to 15 – 18 ft before they would snap.
