I give this product 4 stars instead of 5 because the bits on the top storage area need a small knife to get them out. Other than that small issue I am happy with my purchase. and would recommend this product to people who need to drive screws in tightly, loosen tight screws or build computers because I built my computer with this screwdriver. It did the job well. If you want a cheap but effective ratcheting screwdriver this is the one to buy!

This is my FAVORITE screwdriver. Over many years, I have purchased 7 — 2 for myself and one for all of my children. My daughter also says that it is her favorite tool. I love the size, length, feel in my hand, convenience of many on-board tips. I can change the direction of ratcheting with the same hand that is holding the tool.

Screw driver functions as advertised. Poor design-would have been better if you could store bits inside handle so they don’t get lost. Some bits are stored on outside of handle and they are hard to get out or put back.

I bought my multi-bit ratcheting screwdriver about 15 years ago using a gift card i got when I retired. It is the best tool purchase I ever made. It is handy for virtually all household repairs as well as wood-working projects. And, in a pinch, it makes a good substitute for a drill driver if you forgot to bring that tool along. Having the right bit for any screw is a real time- and step- saver.

This is a great tool. I bought this one as a gift for a friend. Good quality and all the driver heads you need all together so you don’t have to be searching all the time. Oddly they didn’t have it at my Home Depot so I had to order it online and then pick up.

I’m not sure if maybe I got a fluke, but this ratcheting screwdriver is hands down the best ratcheting screwdriver I’ve ever used, besides Snap-On but they cost $75-100. The grip is easy on my hands and the rubber part lets you really put a lot of torque into it. The ratchet function is incredibly smooth, definitely a fine tooth mechanism that reminds me of how smooth a GearWrench ratcheting wrench feels like, no slipping, and almost zero drag, easily selectable forward, reverse or fixed-non ratchet. I also appreciate the on bit storage, and have no problems with the butt cap coming unscrewed while I use it, the previous posters should lift some weights or something and tighten the cap down tightly so it doesn’t come unscrewed. Best value ratcheting screwdriver I’ve ever used, I’ll be buying my brother one for a cheap Christmas present. Previously I HATED ratcheting screwdrivers, but after buying this one it’s the only driver I reach for unless I need a special size for something.

The “cap” on the handle does not hold the extra bits properly. As a result, the extra bits get stuck and shred their holding socket forms while you try to open the cap to get at them.
