Sockets are very hard to remove from the case, you basically have to pry them out. Ratchets were very tight out of the box, hard to turn

Haven’t had much opportunity to really utilize most of the kit. But it seems sturdy and adequate for most tasks. The case it came in leaves some of the smaller pieces loose however.

I would have rated it a 5 but the case is poor. The sockets and ratchets are fine and work well. This is my third Stanley set and I like and trust them.However, when I opened the case for the first time, I noticed the sockets were not sitting snuggly in their designated spots and tended to fall out.. On closer inspection, I found that the spots were poorly molded and did not allow the sockets to seat properly.In order to get the sockets to seat properly, I had to use an Xacto knife to modify the spaces so the sockets would fit. Now the case has been altered and the sockets are not held tightly in their spaces. Frustrated and disappointed about the poor workmanship on the case.
