I bought this when I was halfway through putting deck boards on our new deck. It worked great and was a HUGE help until it broke. The flat bar that presses against the boards broke off (the weld broke). I was still able to finish the job by placing a board down in between the bender and the deck board. I will be returning it.

One of the best hand tools I have ever purchased! This has eliminated the need to drive a screw driver into the joist to bend the deck board to almost where I would want it. This is a simple, slip it on- orient it- apply a little pressure and have the board exactly where you want it! Also works great on 45 degree angled layouts!

An excellent tool! It was very easy to use building a deck by myself. The result is evenly spaced boards. I was using 2×6 x 8 foot boards and had no problem bringing them in tight to the previous board.

Do you have a warped deck board? This tool fixes that problem. As you screw the board down, you place the tool on a 2x near the warp and pry it to the straight board. Its’ a pry bar for warped deck boards.
