This is the hardest Stanley tape to find, of course it would be my favorite. I find that I can build an entire house with one of these before I want to replace it which should tell you that it is very durable. I have now owned 5 of these and I like them because they are not too big, not to heavy but they have great outreach with a rigid blade. The additional blade tip allows me to use it when I want and remove it when it is in the way. The auto-lock feature that you can select as working or off is a great feature. Yes I have longer tapes and digital tapes etc, however this does 90 percent of your inside work, after all, how many 25 or 30 foot tall ceilings are you working with to measure and cut studs. How many pieces of tile over 16′ are you measuring up? This is always on my hip and my only complaint is that it is hard to find and sometimes I have to wait for it to be in stock. I measure frameless glass for a living for shower enclosures. This tape has an exactly 3” body. This makes it easy math and precise measuring inside measurements (between two walls). They are built well and ergonomic.

Good tape measures, Nice beltClip, good size fits in your had better than a 25 ft tape. I would change a couple things tho like having double sided readings and have a standard and metric readings

Disappointed they have eliminated all the info that was on the back of the tape. Drill sizes, etc all kinds of pertinent info. Other than that I am happy with it.
