Unfortunately of the 4 purchased, 2 lost their magnets within a week of use. I could reattach one magnet but the other is lost. We use it at work and it’s great when it works.

I required this tape rule as I started my new job as a sprinkler fitter. The magnet at the end is useful for reaching pipe at far distances as well as if you drop metal that’s magnetic from the top of a ladder.
