I have always used Stanley tools and tape measures. These tape measures are durable and accurate. I really don’t recall ever having one break. I usually buy a new one to replace a lost/missing one, or because it is the newest one with added features. I can also tell you that everyone I know owns a Stanley tape measure, you should too. “Other Brands Just Don’t Measure Up”

I’ve used this measuring tape almost every day this summer. It is easy to read. It doesn’t sag when spanning long distances like cheaper made tapes will. Quality construction and durable. I’ve dropped mine several times and it still functions great!

This thing is a beast. The reach is legit 15ft My only complaint is the locking mechanism is a bit tough to lock at times. Maybe I should have gone with a dual lock

Picked this up and glad I did! It is very durable and works well. It holds up to 25 feet and does not bend like other tap measures. It is made of metal but the outer casings is made of plastic. I have dropped it and it has not broken. It is a durable tape measure!

Well where do I start .. I been using stanley tape measure since I started construction nor have I ever change to any other tape measure best one out there very accurate and so clean and precise I wouldn’t ever change my tape measure to no one but that my choice a lot of coworker of change it to other brands but me never will I change mines thank Stanley for make my work more sufficient And amazing I work in tiling and marble work would ever change a thing thank for the amazing tape measure

As a Union Steamfitter/pipe welder I’ve been using the Fat Max since it’s very inception. It has the longest stand-out of any other tape measure I’ve used and lasts a lot longer as well. This is the very tape measure by which all others are judged. They simply don’t measure up to the Fat Max. Worth every penny!
