As a shop vacuum, this one gets it done! Using the crevice tool or small carpet attachment, It pulls up embedded sand from the vehicles’ carpet, and leaves no sawdust on the shop floor. It was not designed to be a carpet vac, so I’m not surprised that the larger carpet attachment is not as effective as the smaller. I’d buy another and do recommend it.

There is a vacuum bag which was not expected. Additionally the attachments fall apart while using often. There is great suction however and it is working for the purpose I purchased it for.

This is a wonderful indoor/outdoor vacuum that we use for many things throughout our house and yard. The first one we had lasted about 10 years of constant use. It has a decent capacity and it light weight and easily maneuvered. The suction is great. We’ve cleaned up broken glass, liquid, leaves, the inside of our cars, door mats, the garage floor, spider webs……..anything that needs removal. When a mess is made inside our house, the first thing someone says is, “Go get the outdoor vacuum.” We had a larger one that was difficult to handle, to get through doorways, to move upstairs. This one is the perfect size for so many jobs.

Old w/d vacuum died, so tried 12gal-way too heavy so ordered 4gal perfect. Unfortunately doesn’t have vent for attaching blower but it doesn’t blow dust around as air comes out around top. interesting.
