The knives have worked good in the past.Upon putting in the blades into the knifes that went easy but trying to remove 1 of them it didn’t come out. So I exchanged it and had a similar situation. 1 knife was fine and the other blade is not being able to go inside. Pressing the yellow button didn’t help.
