I purchased these when reconfiguring an 80 year old door from a mortise to a cylinder lock. I filled the void from the old strike plate, the mortise void, and patched the old spots where the painted hinges were to install new door hardware The chisel sizes were perfect for this application, but wish they came with a protective bag or cover. I noticed one of the chisels had a small chip but it might have been from storing in the side of my tool bag. Still works well though and would recommend.

I bought a set of these chisels a few weeks ago and ever since I have been using them on my lathe. They work great and the blade is excellent for cutting into pine and soft woods. The only thing I wish they came with is a through tang handle, but for the price it is an excellent value.
