LOVE THIS TAPE MEASURE! The fractional measurements make reading it so much easier. Not to mention if you have someone helping you, less chances for errors. The magnetic tip holds on to anything. Even through drywall, it grabbed onto the corner bead. Not a huge fan of the tape release being on the bottom, as I have accidentally released the tape. But in the right scenario, it’s also nice to be able to push down on the tape and have it retract. Overall, couldn’t be happier with it.

It will do what it made for.and at a good price.

Good brand nice tape measure. The leverlock is very tight and doesn’t retract easily with one hand. The tape is only one sided and very thin.

as described worked great

I have used this tape measure for about a week. It is perfect for the smaller jobs I do such as cabinet install, rough electrical, and plumbing. It is convenient with the magnetic end and the overall size makes it easy to grip. The tape is easy to read with smaller increments easy to read. I would say I will still use my Stanley Fat Max tapes for when I am dong rough framing. Highly recommend this tape.

I have been using the Leverlock tape measure for a couple of weeks now. The first thing you notice is that it is nicely made construction. Very durable and consistent The main thing that I do like about this tape measure is the self locking blade and Leverlock release mechanism. It works every time with no problem, some of the other brands seem to stick or does not go all the way in, but I never encountered this with the Stanley leverlock.. Also the measurements are well marked and accurate and the hook catches very well. The belt clip works well. the tape measure is almost 2 inch wide from tape measure to belt clip. and weighs about 13.4 ounces. One thing to consider if you are going to wear it all day long.. Otherwise I was really impress with The Stanley Leverlock

I got this tape measure recently and I truly wish I’d had it all along. The magnetic tip is a game changer and the numbers are large enough to read from distance. Good heft to the product so it feels sturdy and the tape is strong. Add that to the Leverlock and I expect this will be my go-to tape measure from here on out.The only (minor) negative I would note is that the magnetic tip could stand to be a touch stronger but I think it’s more than adequate.

I bought this about a month ago and have always used my regular dewalt tape measure but this tape measure feels and the lock mechanism is the best fracture about it

Got this product and really like the upgrades compared to my last tape. The lever lock was much stiffer and more secure than previous models. The magnetic tip and small hook comes in handy. Good belt clip and easy to read measurements including fractions.

I got this tape because of the fact that it has the fractions already marked which I believe helps make accuracy as simple as a direct read caliper. It has a good heft to it, and the leverlock works great and seems more secure and easier to use. The magnet at the tip and the blade hook work excellent. One thing about the magnet on the tip however, it will tend to pick up iron particles in dirt, in the shop and just about anywhere that it comes in contact with the ground. That however is more than compensated for by the fractional markings, the usual markings for standard stud placement, and the good anti-glare finish on the blade itself. So the magnet is just a minor annoyance compared to its usefulness. One suggestion I might make is to replace the upper markings with metric ones – that would make this truly an all-in-one tape for practically any use. It’s a great tape that I would recommend to anyone, amateur and professional alike.

I like the autoblock feature. Just a quick squeeze to unlock is very intuitive too. It’s a nice wide tape so I am able to extend it 6 feet easily without buckling.

First of all, I love the size. It fits on a belt or nicely in a jacket pocket, or in the cup holder of my SUV. Secondly, the magnet tip is super strong and is a nice addition to a tape measure. Great for doing jobs solo, and/or you don’t have your kid readily available to hold the tip to get the exact right measurement. Also, the fractional read makes it easy to record precise cuts. Great for us who are blessed in mathematical fortitude. Overall, super happy with this tape measure so far, and will likely buy another. Happy measuring!
