I love this machine.I have used it everyday since I’ve had it. It definitely meets my expectations, is easy to clean after use and stays right out on my counter now, I use it so much. Unfortunately, while moving it to a different counter I dropped it and the top piece cracked and broke, we were able to get it back together and it still operates, but is not a firm fit, and the top keeps sliding open. Is there a possibility that I could buy this top part with a new “Food Pusher” as well. If that is not possible, I like this machine so much, I am willing to buy a complete new one. Please let me know how to go about getting a new part, or if I will have to buy a new one. Thank You,Julia

I was looking for something smaller than a food processor but that I could easily slice and shred with, this is it! I’ve shredded cheese, and sliced veggies in no time at all and clean up is very easy. This can stay on my counter top without taking up too much room. The only thing is that it still has a chute for feeding the food into. That means I can’t slice anything lengthwise, but its a small sacrifice to make for such a great product!
