It is quicker to just slice by hand for one or 2 veggies, but preparing for a party, or a big meal prep day, this machine is perfect. Saved time, fingers and provides an equally sliced item every time.

Just bought this to entertain me at home during this stay at home stage, and it works so well, and for the price, you should have one in your pantry. I first made veggies for my dehydrator and they turned out perfectly. A time saver, and the slices are perfect!

I received my mandoline and put it together in a snap, literally. I was skeptical because the price is low for an electric appliance that does everything from slicing to dicing. Giving it a try to make soup, I raided the fridge: potato, carrots, cabbage, onion and sliced all but the potato that I diced. I couldn’t believe my eyes as the container filled with each veggie beautifully stacked Cobb salad type. (I will be making such a salad next and after pouring on some dressing, will serve it from the container itself. I looked so beautiful, Cleaning was a rinse under tap. This is my favorite pet in my appliance zoo!

I bought it a month ago.I like it very much. the down part is the amount of veg that accumulates on top.I have to cut it myself.Overall excellent product. Love it

I bought this to make kitchen prep easier. It slices nice and thin, which I liked. The cuber is much too small. It takes two hands to operate, which was a big minus for me as I have limited mobility with my arms. It’s slow and the chute is much too small. You have to quarter apples and pears to get them to fit, which was another big downside. It’s also quite noisy.
