I bought this to cook outside when it gets too hot.I am very impressed at the heat conductivity and how fast it heats up.If you aren’t very experienced in cooking you should watch out not to burn your food by keeping the heat low.If you are cooking something liquidy like a soup for instance; you can turn the heat up.If you are stir frying or frying noodles (in example), you need to monitor the cooking process at all times as it will get hot very fast.
