I received this as a Christmas gift (2018) and was beyond thrilled that my old gross griddle was finally being replaced. No need for any type of sprays or butter to cook on this copper top. I’ve already cooked at least a dozen things and cannot be without a griddle in my household. It cooks evenly and has an adjustable temperature dial. The copper cook top against the black makes it a little decorative as well. I love it.

I received this as a gift and absolutely love it. I have other copper pots and think they are amazing. My only complaint is I do not have a gift receipt and the fat tray is broken as I do not have a gift receipt the store will not exchange it for me. Is there some where I can purchase this tray on its own. I love this and would really like to have the tray to complete it.

Firstly, I was almost suspicious of how good this griddle would be because of the great price. It heats up really quickly and it is a snap to clean. Even melted cheese wipes right off. It is big enough for 6 pieces of French Toast – I just love it!
