I HAVE TO SAY I WAS SKEPTICAL INITIALLY. IT WORKS GREAT FOR MY MORNING OMELETS. I SAUTE GARLIC, ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS, ADD TO MY EGGS ,COVER WITH A LID, FLIP IT AND ADD SOME CHEESE AND IT IS PERFECT EVERY TIME. BEST OF ALL-IT REALLY DOES NOT STICK! Bought this as part of a set. Perfect for those smaller side dishes to go along with the main course [sauteed mushrooms, roasted almonds, etc.] and obviously uses up less space on the stove top. The heat resistant handle makes it safer to use when cooking over gas as the metal handled Rock could get pretty hot if near the flame or baking in the oven. As with all The Rock pans, clean up is easy.

I’ve tried/used many other non-stick pans, but within a year or two they became more and more difficult to clean (i.e. non-stick feature much reduced).
