I HAVE TO SAY I WAS SKEPTICAL INITIALLY. IT WORKS GREAT FOR MY MORNING OMELETS. I SAUTE GARLIC, ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS, ADD TO MY EGGS ,COVER WITH A LID, FLIP IT AND ADD SOME CHEESE AND IT IS PERFECT EVERY TIME. BEST OF ALL-IT REALLY DOES NOT STICK! Bought this as part of a set. Perfect for those smaller side dishes to go along with the main course [sauteed mushrooms, roasted almonds, etc.] and obviously uses up less space on the stove top. The heat resistant handle makes it safer to use when cooking over gas as the metal handled Rock could get pretty hot if near the flame or baking in the oven. As with all The Rock pans, clean up is easy.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this as a gift a couple months ago, along with another Rock pan, and I’m in love! I make pancakes, eggs, quesadillas, fried veggies; so many things and nothing sticks! it heats up quickly and cleans easy! The only thing I don’t like is that food will stick to the spot where the handle connects, but it isn’t a huge deal and is still easy to clean off. Overall a fantastic frying pan!
