I use this and the smaller one all the time. It is the easiest pan to clean no matter what I have cooked in it. Nothing sticks. No worries about using special tools. I love your pans. I have three so far and am going to buy a griddle. I have one for my outdoor grill but now I need one for inside on my stove. Keep making more, I love them!!

I started my Heritage The Rock collection with this pan a couple of weeks ago. And I was hooked off of the first use. I put it to the test, fried an egg with no oil and nothing stuck. That was my selling point. I love the deep pan, so even though its a smaller fry pan it can still hold enough to cook a meal for one easily. Also, the fact that it holds its heat and keeps an evening heating surface right through cooking. Love these pans, especially the fact that you can place them in the oven if needed.
