This pan is great for anything I’ve thrown at it! I love that it’s is deep enough to make a whole stir fry in; it holds a ton of vegetables and still, rice or noodles fit in with them. I’ve made sauces and gravies, and nothing sticks on the bottom. One of the best I’ve ever used.
