This cable is equipped Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.1, and DisplayPort 1.2 technologies, providing compatibility with a variety of devices. It lets you daisy-chain up to six devices as well as power up devices with up to 100W of power. You can also use this cable to create a peer-to-peer network connection between two computers.

I could not be more pleased. I bought a couple of these cables. I connected one cable from a ZBook 15 G3 to my HP 150W Thunderbolt-3 Docking Station, and the other cable from the docking station to an HP Z32 4K monitor. Everything is working great. In my testing I also connected the ZBook to a Sabrent USB 3.1 Aluminum Enclosure for M.2 NVMe SSD using one of the cable and it also worked without any problem.
