I just received this new sound card and installed in my PC, only to discover that there are no drivers available for Win10. I went ahead and installed the Win8 drivers to see if it functions, but the computer now regularly freezes/crashes with no warning. Very disappointed – I had NO issues before this sound card.

I’ve had this for a year now. Drivers for Win 10 suck, badly. But, what’s worse is, if I can actually get it to run, if I have to shut down my computer, when I reboot, it doesn’t show up, in the device manager, or anywhere! I have to shut down the computer and wait two or three minutes (or more) before I can restart and maybe get it to work. I’ve been trying to NINE HOURS today to get this running. DO NOT BUY THIS!

I don’t know how they do this but this cheep 24 bit 192Khz audio card with optical in & out does the job which it has to do. I have other much more expensive ones which fail specially in Windows 10 64 bit. No symetric analog in & out but that can be solved with an extra ground loop isolater.
