Easy to assemble, easy to work. Only concern is that the locking mechanism is made from plastic and will wear out due to creep. Perhaps a resign with an insert pin might work better.

I have not used it yet – I purchased it specifically for one of it’s purposes, and I am almost ready to use it… I was going to use it as the weed whacker, BUT it’s a foot longer than my old one – and I am a 5’4″ woman – it’s a bit unwieldy and will take getting used to. I would be much more comfortable with it shorter… also wanted to use the hedge trimmer low on the pole, and it seemed that the angle would only be good for overhead (which I will also have use for).

The other reviews were pretty low but the price was right, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I like other SunJoe products. I have to say, I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve gotten a lot of use out of the hedge trimmer and tiller in the past few weeks. I haven’t tried the weed trimmer yet. For the price, I’m very happy with the quality and functionality.
