grass shears were exactly what I wanted & worked as expected. the hedge trimmer was fine when i tested it just to get a feel but when i actually went ti use it, did not work at all unless I held each branch individually

Purchased this Hedger Joe to trim the little shoots that grow out from bushes between major trimmings. Found that the grass trimmer was best for this (as other reviewers suggested). The hedge trimmer attachment is heavier and has more vibrations. To make it more effective, Sun Joe may come up with a rotating cutting head to allow a multi-directional movement when trimming. Would recommend this little tool and would buy it again.

I love how it cuts the grass. I don’t like the fact that if it is not used for 3-4 days, it needs to be recharged. It doesn’t keep the charge even if it’s not used otherwise it works well for me. I only use it to clean the grass around my parents headstone at the cemetery so I only use it every 3-6 weeks.
