Last year I spent the summer trimming back grass from the fences around my garden with my new trimmer. It cut the grass close to the ground, so I didn’t have to do this job as often. When done with grass, I put on the hedge-trimmer attachment and pruned back the forsythia and burning bush around the edges of the yard. I was pleased with the power this tool has to snip off sizeable branches . So versatile and effective is this tool that I’m ordering another one for my grandson.

Unit works very well. Battery charge last pretty well with this model. Choose this model because I wanted the stronger battery to combat other evaluations that the 3.6 battery unit bogged down in hard use. I was right as this unit seems to out perform the evaluations of the 3.6 unit. Blade changes are simple but a little awkward.
