The Hedge trimmer arrived as expected. I am never impressed with product packaging but it is undamaged and functional out of the box. Preliminary comment would be that it is best paired with the 2.5 Ahr battery as the weight will be more comfortable. I also like the blade guard as the teeth are very sharp out of the box. Once I actually use the device I’ll be back to expand on its operability.

I used this on a medium sized hedge bank and some other bushes and it did a great job. As have been my comments on other iONPRO 100V products, this tool will handle best (weight and balance) with a 2.5 AmpHr battery. Newer growth was no problem. Thicker dead wood was avoided but pinky sized branches are no problem. Unless you are doing 100′ of hedge I can’t imagine a fully charged battery not being sufficient for normal household chores (speculation). I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this product.
