Lightweight, quiet, runs smoothly, not bouncy over turf, cuts well, even small twigs. Suction is a little less than a gas mower has, but it does draw in tall grass spikes and weeds well and cuts them like a reg gas mower would. Thicker grass makes the mower rev up, so I just cut a narrower path and it handles it well. No grass blades are missed. Bag fills fast due to small size, so I leave it off, and just open the back panel and let the junk out as I go a few passes, as clippings accumulate in the back door. Suggest larger 5.0 battery power, so one can finish a 1/4 acre lawn however. I let battery cool, then recharge for next time. I wipe off mower dust with window cleaner and all ready for next mowing. All in all, it may have less warranty stated than a competitor, but you have option for just a few dollars more to add to that warranty. Very happy with this mower, and recommend it due to its simplicity and advantages. Makes mowing a fun occasion now, less tiring, due to it being so lightweight.

I love this mower. It takes getting used to starting up as it doesn’t always immediately kick in. Had a recent shoulder injury so this was so much easier to work with. The grass bag seems to fill quickly and can tumble out when emptying if it’s too full.

Cuts well, consistent power, no surging like my neighbor’s OTHER brand. I do not use the bag. Height adjustment works well, parts are metal not plastic as to handle like the OTHER brand. Love the narrowness as I can get into tight areas. Have owned for 2 hrs, not disappointed. Batteries last a LONG time compared to OTHER brand…. I watch my neighbor get mad changing batteries out so often on hers. I can go almost a third acre on one 5.0 battery. Superb mower. Lightweight, can buzz around with one hand. Highly recommend.

The mower had plenty of power to mow my entire yard, and still had more power. It’s lighter than most mowers, so pushing up an down my bill worked fine. Being an older woman, the hill can sometimes be a bother. Not dealing with a cord also came in handy. My brother recommended this brand and he had good results with his. My only problem was the charger didn’t work, and the battery was too low to use. The company sent me a new charger and battery, and I sent the bad battery back to them. After about four hour charging, it was up and running. Overall, this it a very good machine.

I don’t have a big yard. I was tired of storing fuel and spare parts for my gas mower. Always maintaining, carburetor cleaning, spark plugs, filters, oil, etc. I was done. I’ve had this iON16LM for three years and haven’t looked back. After about 30 mins of mow time, it still has more than half battery power. My only complaint is I hate bags. This bag is small because the mower is small. So it’s best you cut often. Wait too long and you’ll spend more time emptying the bag than mowing. Beware, side discharge is not included. It’s an accessory you have to purchase separately. Some might find the machine cheap feeling. It flexes because it’s mostly plastic. But it’s no louder than a vacuum and I’ve never had any issues with it.
