This blower/vacuum/mulcher performed exactly as expected. The mulcher function is very much appreciated

It works great but it did not come with the adapter showing at the end of the tube so the picture is misleading

I like the mulching part of the tool.I have another leaf blowser which I think is much better.

This works great as a blower for sure. It works fine as a vac until the battery runs down. Batteries should be cheaper and come with 2!

I bought this specifically as a vacuum/mulcher and although it was extremely easy to put together and is really well-designed, I’m disappointed in the mulching ability. The leaves vacuum up fine but aren’t cut up very much. My previous mulcher cut up leaves into 1″ pieces so maybe I’m expecting too much.

I’ve only used this as a vacuum mulcher and it has performed perfectly. The battery is long lasting, I’ve only charged it once so far and it just keeps going.

Bought for use around pool and to get leaves off of auto cover. I also have a gas handheld blower and a gas backpack blower. However the battery life holds up so well, I’m selling my gas blower! I am now considering purchasing a Sun Joe chain saw and pole saw using the same battery pack and charger. I am very thorough researching the products I purchase and I am thrilled with this purchase! Great Products!

I’ve only had this for a few months and while it does seem to provide a lot of power for a reasonable amount of time (around 30 minutes/battery charge), I am concerned that I always have to “fiddle” with the battery when I put it back into the tool after recharging to get it seated in properly. This area of the product seems to be not really well built and I am worried about it failing in the future.

Performs as advertised. That is rare these days. I was very impressed with the vacum feature. If I had a bigger yard I would need another battery. Batteries are very expensive. That’s the only negative that I can see! Love this blower!

The lief vacuum works really good. We use it to keep things neat..

Impressive! Works as well as a residential gas blower! Blows damp leaves and pine needles no problem! Sucks em up real nice too! Shredded even slightly wet leaves, needles and smaller twigs into tiny pieces of mulch. I don’t understand any negative reviews on these features. Possible they tried to push it too hard? As with any power (or hand tool for that matter) tool, let the tool do the work. I’ve done landscaping professionally, and I hafta say it works as well as all but the heaviest commercial machines. No gas, no oil, and I would never even entertain a corded one. Was so impressed I bought the ion21pro snow joe snowblower just now….can’t wait to try it out! And the batteries swap with the blower…If you get this blower you won’t be disappointed….

Very convenient not having to deal with a cord or gas. Get the biggest battery you can as this blower uses them up quickly

I’m glad I chose this model. I’ve found that I use the vacuum configuration more than the blower! Saves a lot of time to suck stuff up rather than blow it a long way. I’m also impressed with battery life. I got the bigger 5AH battery and it lasts longer than I do.

Blower works ok, vac works ok. Batter life is paltry. This tool shouldn’t be sold with only one battery. If it came with two cheap batteries and a fast charger it would be fine. Battery is the main thing holding this back. It’s not awesome but it works. There are some good design choices and useful features. Like my other SunJoe products it’s not the best, it’s solid middle of the road and that’s ok. Battery run time on full speed is ~15-20 minutes in blower mode. So I would not recommend unless you want to buy a 2nd battery. Charge time is HOURS, 3+ HOURS! Again, if not for the battery it’d be fine. It can ingest small twigs without a problem, it can clear leaves from a average size area. It’s lightweight enough to not get unconfortable. I’ll keep this and see how long it goes. I’ve already “invested” in another battery. But I can’t recommend unless SunJoe improves the battery performance or comps you an extra out of the box. You just won’t be able to get much done without a spare.

I live under eucalyptus trees which are always shedding. I have a redwood deck which is the recipient of most of the leaves. After sweeping the deck, I can vacuum between the boards and get most of the debris out. It is also excellent on rocks which I have as well. Between the blowing which I use on the roof and driveway and the vacuuming which I use on the rocks and deck, this is basically the only clean up tool I use except a broom from time to time. I find the battery lasts about 45 minutes on the medium speed and changing between the blower and the vacuum is very easy.

The vacuum picks up magnolia leaves and mulches well.

Does excellent job BUT it’s most effective on level 6, for which you’ll need more batteries (I have 4), if you need more than 15 minutes. You can get away with lower levels in dry conditions in which case you’ll get more battery life.I gave it a 5 just because it’s so much better than a corded blower/vacuum, though an argument could be made to knock it down a star because of the aforementioned battery life.

He loves his leaf blower. Fortunately it’s windy and there are plenty of leaves for him to play with his new toy. Seriously he says it gets into eve troughs so easily. He says it’s one of those things that when it wears outs, you get another one.

This Blower/Vac is pretty powerful, but if you use it on the the highest setting, the battery life is greatly reduced.

Best cordless blower I have ever owned. Recommend the investment.
