Its the first time I’ve used an electric mower. The 17 inch blade is a little small so you have to make more passes on the lawn. Haven’t really figured out yet how to use the mower with out constantly worrying about running over the electric cord. I think it will e much better once I get used to operating it.

Just a heads up , every so often take top cover off exposing motor and fan , clean all grass out so motor can cool. I did mine after 3 years it was full of grass causing it to get hot and stop working…

It is a powerful mower for an electric one. I used it on tall grass and weeds and as long as a I raised it up to let the tall stuff out it did not jamb, which was great. I like the mulching feature, I even used it on some small leaves and it worked well.. Still haven’t figured out how the knobs fit and the clip for the electric wire already fell off, there should be a cord clip for each side, but other than that it works fine.

We had an old 19″ 12 amp unit that died. This 17″ is much more maneuverable, lighter weight, and way more net HP with the smaller blade and the higher amperage. Cute and a clever cutter. Love the removable mulcher and the easy height-changing gear shift on the body. Way better! Now, if I could only get my grandson to get off his derriere to use it, it would be perfect.

I bought the lawn mower about 2 months ago and have used it pretty much every week since then. I moved into a house that hadn’t looked after the lawn for weeks and it was very over grown. The Mow Joe was able to cut through the thick, deep grass quite easily, although I had to go slow and empty the bag frequently. I have approximately 35′ x 150′ lot and it is easy to cut in under 30 minutes. The wheel height adjustment on the top of the mower is very handy. The mower handle is comfortable and at a good height. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver around. It is a little bit long so turning near fences/trees etc can be finicky but not really a big issue. My only concern is the plastic nuts on the arms used to fold the arms over during storage. I’m worried that they will strip but only time will tell. Other than that, love it.

We bought this mower for dad’s lawn. I have a Greenworks electric mower which is what I wanted. I was unable to find that brand again. The handle never did snap on to the bag so I don’t use it. It required more assembly than the Greenworks. The directions were useless. Otherwise, it works fine
