Very impressed. At first glance, I wasn’t sure how this mower would perform. Upon unboxing, I was amazed at how well this jewel was built. The unit is very sturdy and the blades are razor sharp. The install was simply putting the handle on which took about 5 minutes. Then the real test. It is winter so I had to find a spot in my yard with tall grass and this worked as well as my push mower. I am sold! No more unsafe gas in garages and trying to keep a mower running. No, this mower wont cut a large yard but for those small areas or for trimming this is the way to go. There are a few helpful operating tips and adjustment settings in the manual which will help one keep the mower operating in top shape for years. I highly recommend this quality-built push mower for the homeowner avoiding the hassle of a conventional gas push mower. Wow!

Lightweight, easy to maneuver. Best for clear lawns, as every little twig jams it (easy to unjam). As they indicate, tall weeds just bow over but it’ll cut woodier ones. This is a good machine for our needs. Height can be adjusted, but it’s easier to push if a closer setting is used.

Got the this mower for two reasons,, one non gas and second I have a Bermuda yard and if you want your yard to look good you need a reel mower. Easy to assemble and put together. Looks very well made and should hold up. Bad news since it is the middle of the winter not to much grass to cut. How ever I did go out and cut a small area. Cut very well and rolled along the grass with ease. Will not be able to really judge the mower 100% until the Spring and the grass gets higher and growing full.

I’m tired of having lawn mowers that won’t start and decided to obtain the Sun Joe 16 Inch Manual Walk-Behind Reel Mower. It arrived ready to go, only needing to piece together the handle with the tool-less screws and nuts. It’s surprisingly easy to push and does a great job cutting my fescue grass. The nine-setting adjustment allows for precise turf height, ranging from 1.1 to 2.9 inches.For thick or overgrown lawns, a powered mower is more appropriate. However, for fescue and cold weather grasses, the Sun Joe 16 Inch Manual Reel Mower performs very well.

I do not have a large area to maintain but I was doing it before with a weed eater and this is such a better result. Also I am getting a bit of upper body and core exercise when using it. It went together rather easily and works great. I have only used it tice but on freshly laid sod so I worried it would pull it up but it didn’t. The grass wasn’t extremely high yet ether.
