I bought the Vacuum Bag to replace the bag on my Harbour Freight Portland® 3-In-1 Electric Blower Vacuum Mulcher (Item #62469). The bag fit perfectly. I called Harbour Freight to buy a replacement bag but they said Harbour Freight only replaces bags if under warranty. I am very happy that Home Depot had this bag available for Purchase.

This is a perfect replacement bag for the Portland 3 in 1 Vacuum/Shredder/Blower.that I got at Harbor Freight. The connector on the bag fits perfectly onto the 3n1. Also, the bag is a better design than the original one with a clip that attaches to the vacuum tube resulting in better weight distribution.

I have a Portland 3in1 blower vacuum mulcher item 62469 purchased from Harbor Freight. The bag needed replacement but it can not be obtained through Harbor Freight. Product works well but the zipper is poorly made and separates from the bag and tears the threading at the end of the bag rendering it useless. This has happened 2 times to me in a very short time. The thredding of the zipper and quality needs to be stronger.

Picked this up for another brand from another store that really carries the freight on these kinds of things. The old bag had a blowout and was trashed, I was worried about the fit on this one but it looked like it. No need to fret. This is a perfect replacement for both models. In fact you see that little silver hook in the picture? It goes right to the pickup tube where there are slots just waiting to use it. This makes it better than the original that did not have them. Old one you had to sling over your shoulder leading to the blowout in the first place. The main attachment is a perfect fit as well. Just click and go! So if you are wondering will it work with that other blower vac? Yea it will.
