So far I have not used it much, but the rating is for ease of use. I love the fact that there is one switch to change from blower to vacuum and the vacuum bag is very easy to put on and empty. It has adjustment for how strong the blower blows or vacuum sucks. It was easy to set up. We have fake grass and large rocks in our planters and since its spring we have not had much to clean up as of yet. Once the trees around our area start to lose their leaves, I’ll have more to report.

I use it primarily for the driveway and other hard surface areas around the house; mostly I vacuum up rather than blow out. It’s powerful and gets the job done. I would give it 5 stars but for the wheels which are fixed in one position, so if you are moving from side to side you have to lift up the machine. I wonder if they could re-design it with a swivel wheel base – that would be awesome!

I have had 3 other blow/vacs and this is the best! The bag removal system makes it a joy to empty. The others have buttons to squeeze that fill with debris and become very hard to operate for me. The adjustable speed allows me to control rocks from damaging the rotor. The extension can be set to my heights. The wheels help when bag gets heavy or my back needs a rest. The elec. connection tag is easy and has a pull out proof protection. Love it.

I have returned, reordered and returned this unit twice because you advertise it as a 13 amp and you send a 12 amp. Please update your records to show that I never used this unit so I can’t review it. In fairness to Sun Joe you need a neutral rating.

This is not as powerful is I need it to be I needed to clean the driveway to the point where you can seal it afterwards it really doesn’t do that good of a job and it certainly doesn’t move wet leaves I can tell you that at all

Unfortunately, this unit was rather week. I did it’s just, but very slowly. It acted like a battery powered model, so not interested in dragging around a cord unless I’m getting better power.

This tool is great especially for the price. I blew the cuttings into a pile and vacuumed it up easily. If the particles are too brave like twigs it has a little trouble but I was able to over come it buy going closer. It is awesome that the nose telescopes for easy of use too. Highly recommend

Too heavy for this old man. It has wheels on it which are useless unless you are on a paved surface. I question the CFM rating. The air speed might be close, but there is no way it is putting out that much air though such a small blowing tube.
