Works pretty well. It is much quieter than I expected. It’s top-heavy, so even with the shoulder strap it does get tiring to use. I like that it came with wall hangers to store it horizontally on your garage wall. But since it is top-heavy, it seems prone to tipping a bit, so I usually wrap the shoulder strap around the handle side hanger.

The trimmer worked great for about 40 minutes until the motor failed. That is the bad news. The good news is that Sun Joe support was absolutely fantastic. They ordered a replacement right away and paid for me to return the defective one. I received the new one in a week. Not bad in the new COVID 19 world. The new one worked flawlessly. Very happy with it.
