Our main complaint with this trimmer is the weight. Yes, I suppose we should have known that from the ad, but we didn’t realize how heavy it really was when it was extended and tilted!! Only my husband can use it, and then with difficulty. It works well though.

Hedge trimmer assembly was easy. It is not difficult to use but it is quite “top heavy” with all the weight of motor and hedge trimmer at the far end of the pole making it somewhat cumbersome to handle but it does the job.

A little on the heavy side, but after a few times using it things seemed more manageable. It is a matter of getting used to how to handle this item. I am going on 76 so I am not a young man. It does a beautiful job on trimming shrubs. I have gotten a number of compliments on how nice and manicured my shrubs look. Easy to order and to do a very minimal amount of assemblage.

Too heavy and a bit unbalanced for my petite wife. I can handle it, but the weight of the tool gets to me after using 15 minutes or so in even the half-way extended position. I do recommend because it trims our 9 foot skip laurels way easier than a regular electric trimmer and a ladder.
