I really like this little trimmer. Even the lightest gas one was too heavy for me. I am 86 and garden a lot. My only challenge is the string refills. I wish it had only one string not a double thing. Trying to get both through the little holes without tingling is a bear.

Bought this trimmer recently and used it to trim the edge of my lawns. Works very well with adequate power and good handling, but the spool is very problematic to re-load when the string is busted. The feed button keeps getting stuck and it took a lot of time to take apart and fix. I will try another spool and see if this resolves my issue. Would love to keep this trimmer if I can fit this problem,

Light and easy to use,but the spool setup is not very good.spools run out pretty fasttherefor the spool cover is worn out and locking part has lost tension.

this little trimmer is a great tool for an older woman to use !! I have purchased two of these, one for my self and one for my neighbor and they are great. Very lightweight, but will cut down some healthy weeds. We live out in the country and it gets pretty wild, not your usual suburban yard !!

I checked the ratings and it got good reviews. It was the deal of the day so I only paid $27 and it shipped for free. Works great and best of all, you don’t have to bang the bottom of the cord case for it to let out string because it is an automatic feed. I highly recommend this.

Easy to follow instructions & assemble. First time for me as a widow whose husband of 44 years always did the yard work. I chose the SunJoe because it was so lightweight, but it will still take me a little while to build the muscles to hold that weight in that position for long periods. Found it very easy to use, and I see that SunJoe believes in Truth in Advertising, which is hard to find these days. It does what they say it can do, but I have only owned it for a short while, so I can’t comment on durability.I should point out that I looked at the Q&A online from prospective buyers, and a few asked if you could use a hose to clean it. Another owner replied that they had with no problem. However the manual says to keep it dry; do not clean with water.
