Don’t let the price fool you.This thing is powerful. Perfect for my small yard in AZ. Actually it’s too powerful, but that’s better than lame. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to get the string to come out. It says tap the end and it’s automatic. Doesn’t seem to work. I have to call them.

This trimmer was excellent. It was light, high quality, and did not overheat. I have only had it a month, and used it twice,I used it to cut a very small patch of grass and it did a good job. Two strings come out. Sun Joe has different refill string cartridges, so I think that only one kind of their refills is for this model and one kind of refill is not.
