The Sunex 9238TSL 8-piece 3/8 in. and 1/2 in. Drive Chrome Long Triple Square Bit Socket Rail Set includes sizes from M4 to M16. Each bit is finished with zinc phosphate to protect against corrosion with high visibility markings for fast identification. The chamfered drive end allows the ratchet to be quickly guided into the socket and better protects both the socket and ratchet over time. All of this ensures our sockets professional-level performance, conveniently stored on an aluminum anodized rail for easy transportation.

Well made and although not a necessity certainly a handy addition to anyone’s tool box. I’ve attached a photo showing standard size hex drives for comparison. The “stubbys” measure 3/4” shorter than standard. Nicely finished and sizes are marked in red for quick identification.‘

I’ve using these stubby hex bits since they have arrived. Still don’t have a place in toolbox yet, as I’m using them so much. The shortness makes so much easier to maneuver and control. May be used in every situation but for they work perfect. The chrome is great , the size is etched and stamped so will be readable for long time. I also like the rail they come on, nicely anodized and slide smoothly. Would interested in purchasing these rails separately if aviable.

I have been useing these sockets for a while now and they great. The short overall height make them great for getting into tight spots that other hex bit sockets can’t fit into. I have used these with a 1/2″ ratchet and put tons of torque on them with no problems.
