This is a nice little set to be able to carry around and it contains all the pieces quite well. I have changed a couple of batteries with it, its nice that the spline drive covers metric and standard. The break neck is great and the tooth count is great for this little driver.

I wasnt quite sure what I would use this ratchet set on when it arrived in its elegant aluminum display case but just the same its novelty certainly raised my interests. It wasnt long before I was using it to access tiny fasteners tight quarters. The spline sockets are great for a multitude of different types of hex, square and star shaped fasteners. The sockets only go up to 12 mm but you wouldnt be able to loosen fasteners any bigger than this size anyways given the small foot print of the remarkably small ratchet. I can defintely see this ratchet and socket set accelling in under the dash work such as removing ECU’s and the quick release button and directional switch work effortlessly. The only part of this set I didnt care for was the hex drive extension it came with which as I dont work much with my cordless drill gun so making use of this attachment is a mute point for me and would rather have seen it come with a 1/4 extension to connect between the ratchet and sockets. Altogether I really like this set and am sure it will save me time and money in the future.

This is a must have for anyone who works on modern car interiors, motorcycles, German vehicles, etc. It seems like spline fasteners are becoming increasingly common and this set will tackle almost all of them,The ratchet is small, flexible and gets into places where other tools fail. It is really nicely made. While sturdy it has teh fit and finish of a fine watch. Even the little case goes above and beyond the typical blow molded plastic.Similar sets from the tool truck will cost you 5x as much and are not as nice.

wished you had a bigger set

My son asked for a small spline socket set to carry in his Tesla S. Spline sockets presently are fairly difficult to find. I’m sure will change in the future when more mechanics realize you can have “universal” sockets that fit SAE AND metric in the same tool. No need for separate sockets. This little set is simply functional BUT in a beautiful little case, fitting for a Tesla. 🙂

This is an excellent set. Perfect size to keep in the vehicle too. The ratchet is smooth but crisp. I really like this set

good in tight spots, sockets fit fasteners very well, im not worried about rounding off heads even though they are spline drive. teeth are fine on the ratchet, chrome on everything is perfect.

Great Little tool. It comes in a nice box with a see through lid so you know what your getting out of your tool box without opening the top. Socket wrench is small. I took a picture with it in my hand to give you an idea of the size. I wear a size (Large) glove. The head flexes 90 degrees in both directions. The head does not lock in place. The action is stiff so that it will hold the set angle in use. I have not used it enough to know if it will loosen up over time. Hopefully it will stay the same as it’s perfect now. The sockets are stamped with the size and also have a ring of knurling to help with grip. I don’t really need the impact extension as I will be using this by hand, but it’s there for those that might. Over all very nice small tool.

I’ve used this set for several weeks. The sockets are more robust than my other sockets, they allow more torque to be applied. I really like the included ratchet. It’s small and has a flex head with push button release. The set comes in a nice foam lined case with a latch. Because they are universal spline they fit many different fasteners. Overall I really like this set.

When I received this socket set I had apprehensions of where it could be used but working in a automotive repair shop it became apparent that this was a great compact tool for working in tight spots like under a dash having to remove blend door actuators that you can’t get a large tool into these tight spots, this is a chrome set with a small palm size ratchet and spline style sockets that range from 4 mm – 12mm in a nicely designed rugged aluminum compact case. If you’ve ever looked for a small socket set for when your out motorcycling, bicycling, or anywhere you may not need a full size tool kit but for a peace of mind socket kit this is it.

The sunex 1/4 drive flex head ratchet set is amazing! The first thing I noticed right away was how slim the handle is. This compact 13 piece set worked perfect on getting the boat ready for the summer. I was able to get into tight spots that normally would be hard to maneuver with a ratchet. Seriously impressed with the quality of this set. Everything comes packed in a convenient aluminum case. No complaints; excellent little set to have in the tool box.

As soon as I received the tool I put it to use it did great, while working in a small tight area under a dash it was nice to have a smaller ratchet the flexibility is a wonderful asset

The wrench feels solid and could hold up to abuse. The handle doesn’t feel loose, but loose enough to position it the way you need to. Its smaller than I expected but seems to get in the tight spaces as necessary. It has an adapter for a drill but not an extension for length.

I got this set basically to try spline sockets and see if I like them or not. The jury is still out on that one but I will say the sockets and driver in this set appear to be quite well made. The splines are machined well and have no sharp edges. The flex-ratchet is also a solid little driver with a nice tight swivel that should hold positions well, we’ll see how it breaks in over time. I suspect it will hold up just fine as this isn’t a tool I’ll be reaching for every day.

I have had this little socket set for a week. Handy as can be. The flex head ratchet is perfect in that it is stiff and holds the angle you want and works perfectly. The handle is also very comfortable for its size. It would be better if it was an inch or two longer but then it wouldn’t be able to get into a smaller area. 10 out of 10. Comes in a convenient case. I use the 10mm a ton.

I like the spline drive as it has a secure grip, and did not have any problems with socket slipping off , or losing grip on any of the well worn fasteners. Also like the fact that they added the adapter to operate with a drill motor

This is a great kit to have around so long as you stay reasonable with it’s function. This is not going to replace anyone’s professional tool set. It’s a small flex 1/4 inch ratchet with a socket type designed for a variety of hardware. It wont handle high torque. It wont give you the best odds against a stuck bolt. It is however, a great kit to carry around in your car or to have in a drawer in the house. When I first got this kit, it did a great job putting together an office desk. Afterwards it ended up in my car. The sockets go up to 12mm; so the invaluable 12 and 10mm sockets are there for me in any award situations. The ratchet is nice and clicky and bestows plenty of confidence. The flex head is also very helpful for tight spaces. All in all, a very good kit to have around.

I’m very impressed with the sturdiness of the micro ratchet only complaint I have is it only goes to 12mm should have had 13mm included but the do have optional sizes available overall great handy set
