I just used this mop the other day and took it out today and the jets will not spray. I thought that maybe the batteries were weak, but no. I had loved this mop up until today. I have only used it about 6 times! Are the jets clogged? Can they be cleared?

In reading the reviews, I had the same issue of the product not working out of the box! I Had to use regular size bottle and not the small bottle that came with mop. Once I did that it worked amazingly well! LOVE it!!!

While I like the concept, the supplied batteries started leaking in ~2 months. I would suggest Swiffer supply a better quality of batteries….It makes y’all look bad……………….. 😉

It works well and it’s easy to use. It does leak when it’s stored but it’s easy to remove the bottle of fluid which will prevent it from leaking. Wish they had more disinfectant or Clorox type solutions for the bathroom floors. Only 200 characters…

I love using swiffer products. But I have had to replace 2 swiffers in 1 yr. I wish they would make the handle more sturdy. The handle is plastic and the rod is obviously metal so if to much pressure is used to clean, the plastic handle will snap right in half like my 2 previous ones have. I now have to go to the store and buy another one to replace the one that broke.

I started using the wet jet at a rental unit and I loved it. Returned home in March and purchased my own BUT…was so disappointed that the one I bought didn’t light up like the one in the rental unit. Not sure if this is a cost cutting measure but the light helped show where the spray had covered and what had been mopped.

This is my second Swiffer wetjet mop. The button that keeps the parts together won’t stay in place & I am forever having to stop to put the handle back together. This is time consuming & not what I want to deal with when mopping my kitchen, bathrooms & hallway.

The Swiffer Wet Jet seems to be working now, but if we had had instructions it would have saved a lot of frustration! Simple set up guide is all that’s needed. The cardboard in the solution cavity isn’t obvious – in fact it looked like it was supposed to be there. Thank goodness that this was mentioned in the reviews or we would have returned it as a lemon.
