Swiffer WetJet is perfect for our home, with all of our tile flooring. Just bought our third one; previous models gave out after a couple of years each. Only problem is that I can’t get the pads to stay put on the redesigned base – the pads want to come off until they get 4 or 5 minutes of use.

I love using swiffer products. But I have had to replace 2 swiffers in 1 yr. I wish they would make the handle more sturdy. The handle is plastic and the rod is obviously metal so if to much pressure is used to clean, the plastic handle will snap right in half like my 2 previous ones have. I now have to go to the store and buy another one to replace the one that broke.

I gave 4 stars because I think it would be a good idea to have a reusable cleaning solution container. If I could use my bleach and floor cleaner with your product I would not need a mop and bucket. Plus it would make it more appealing to people who use natural cleaning products to use your mop, and of course it would be greener to not have to use so many plastic bottles

I started using the wet jet at a rental unit and I loved it. Returned home in March and purchased my own BUT…was so disappointed that the one I bought didn’t light up like the one in the rental unit. Not sure if this is a cost cutting measure but the light helped show where the spray had covered and what had been mopped.

While I like the concept, the supplied batteries started leaking in ~2 months. I would suggest Swiffer supply a better quality of batteries….It makes y’all look bad……………….. 😉

In reading the reviews, I had the same issue of the product not working out of the box! I Had to use regular size bottle and not the small bottle that came with mop. Once I did that it worked amazingly well! LOVE it!!!

When I bought my Swiffer Wet Jet I started with the Open window fresh scent. I have tried the other fragrances that were developed for the mop and I don’t like really perfume smells because of my respiratory condition. I was happy to purchase the open window fresh scent again and in a double pack for very good price. I bought 2 packs for a total of 4 bottles. I hope this scent will always be available for purchase.

I purchased my swiffer wet jet not even 8 months ago and now it is broken. I clean my floors once a week. But last week it stopped working. It sounded like the motor is dying so I replaced the batteries. I wasn’t sure if it was the batteries that caused it to stop spraying or if the motor is just dead so I replaced them with a different brand, cleaned out the nozzle spray, and it still won’t work. How do I repair the motor so my swiffer wet jet actually sprays?
