I started using the wet jet at a rental unit and I loved it. Returned home in March and purchased my own BUT…was so disappointed that the one I bought didn’t light up like the one in the rental unit. Not sure if this is a cost cutting measure but the light helped show where the spray had covered and what had been mopped.

I love using swiffer products. But I have had to replace 2 swiffers in 1 yr. I wish they would make the handle more sturdy. The handle is plastic and the rod is obviously metal so if to much pressure is used to clean, the plastic handle will snap right in half like my 2 previous ones have. I now have to go to the store and buy another one to replace the one that broke.

Mop works great. Works on all floors tile to wood. Easy to use and lightweight. A time saver when it comes to mopping floors. Floors dry fast and no spots on floors. Batteries last a long time, pads scrub stubborn areas without falling apart, and leaves a fresh smell in the room. Fragrance is not strong.

OMG I love my Swiffter WetJet. I have had one for years. Always worked and always did a fantabulous job. I have had my one and only for almost 8 years now and still works perfectly. My only wish is the refill were a little less expensive. I think these products are marvelous!

I gave 4 stars because I think it would be a good idea to have a reusable cleaning solution container. If I could use my bleach and floor cleaner with your product I would not need a mop and bucket. Plus it would make it more appealing to people who use natural cleaning products to use your mop, and of course it would be greener to not have to use so many plastic bottles

I have been using the wet jet for a few years and really like it. The only thing that I would like to see is a cleaner that also disinfects. Sometimes I need to disinfect my bathroom floors and it means that I have to use a two-step process or use another product entirely. Please add a disinfectant solution to your line of wet jet cleans.

I love this kit. It comes with everything to get you started immediately. Assembly was quick as easy. The kit has the mop, cleaner, pads and batteries. I use it on my wooden flooring and haven’t had any issues. Before this mop cleaning was so painful but with mop it has become very lightweight task. Anyone at my house can do it now. Cleaning is good, doesn’t make floors too wet. Sometime I accidentally click on the button that releases water while mopping but after some practice it was fine.
