I needed a griddle for use on my new glass cook top and this fits the bill. It’s not as heavy as my old cast iron one; but it’s certainly heavy enough…easy to handle, easy to wash, very flat, very smooth on the bottom. It seems as though it will last forever!!

So far this griddle has been amazing. Eggs or blueberry pancakes, nothing sticks, no oil and it washes clean easily. The only downside might be the hand wash (instead of dishwasher safe) cleaning instructions. It heats very evenly, but our stove is gas so we use some metal heat diffusers under it to help keep it from scorching (and breaking down the non-stick coating). Worth every penny and price at Home Depot was the best i could find anywhere online.
