I used this product twice so far and was NOT disappointed. It heated up my rice and cut up chicken and also my soup was sooo hot. I plugged it for approx. 2 hours prior to lunch time. Perfect heating time

Perfect!! When I get to work at 7AM I put my lunch to be heated.. By 10:30/11:00 it is nice and warm and ready to eat. Don’t try and cook food here but leftovers from the fridge heat up perfectly… I LOVE this little box!!
