I was pleasantly surprised to find it was not heavy like my former turbout oven. It is quiet also not like my former oven. I didn’t know it was on it is so quiet.It stays cleaner than my old oven. Everything cooks up well.When making a whole chicken, it would be best to marinate a bit first, as the flavor to me is not as great as in a convection oven.Other meats will probably turn out well.I believe things take a bit longer to cook than they say in the guide book. I would recommend this oven.
