The black Air Case with Wheels from Tenba is designed to carry, ship, and protect the Apple 27″ iMac and iMac Pro. With the standard iMac, this case is compatible with models made since October 2012, as well as the current Retina display models. In addition to holding iMac systems, this case can also fit a keyboard, mouse, and cables. The patended Air Case is strong enough to stand on, even when empty, and can withstand more than 400 pounds of weight on top.
Tenba’s Air Case construction provides the protection of a hard case at a fraction of the weight. It is comprised of multiple layers that include a water-repellant ballistic nylon outer shell, air-channeled panels to disperse the shock from hits and drops, closed-cell foam to absorb any remaining shock and vibration, and a durable interior lining that will survive the gear being moved in and out of the case. Additionally, the corner-mounted wheels give it a wide, stable wheelbase and helps ensure that it is easy to move. The front of the case features an integrated shipping document window and identity/business card pockets.

If you travel anywhere with you i-Mac there is literally no other case (Besides perhaps a custom built crate) that I know of that will protect it better than this case. I don’t trust any other product on the market to guarantee my computer arrives at my destination in one piece. Truly far exceeded my expectations !

27″ iMac traveled from NY to Aruba, twice! No issues whatsoever. Packed with my portable printer in bubble wrap and all my office stuff, I have a complete mobile office. It was under 50# so no surcharge! Its pricy, but this is really sturdy and durable. It is made to travel! NOT A SCRATCH! And As Always working with the B7H Team to get it over night to me was amazing!

I was concerned about the Nylon exterior’s ability to protect the computer. The case has a solid frame inside, so even the baggage handlers at an airport won’t damage it. This case is the lightest and most compact of any I could find. If you value light and compact, this is your case. This case has wheels only on one end. I would have preferred 4 wheels and a tether so I could drag it behind me thru the airport. The Velcro fastener for the keyboard seemed to me a little flimsy. Yes, you can reposition it, but it could come lose if the case is hit hard enough and if that were to happen, the keyboard would scratch your computer. I wrapped my keyboard in bubble wrap. Overall a good case.
