We were hooking up an HDMI TV as a second monitor on a PC that had DisplayPort, this cable was perfect. It was the length we needed and avoided having to use an adapter from the DisplayPort on the PC to change to HDMI. Highly recommend use of this cable over a double ended HDMI cable and an adapter.

Bought straight 3 of these, thinking was gonna skip the need of coming back to buy… Was I wrong. This cable is definitely not the best fit for my devices. I have a Thunderbolt 3 hub Pro from Belkin and an iMac 2017 4K. Plugged in this to the display port from the Belkin dock and the Hdmi to my mini pro Tv Switcher that supports 1080p at 60. Could not get a fix signal. It kept on flickering and I tried it on my Tv and Monitor that also support 1080p at 60 and same issue. Could not get this cable to have clean signal. Display just kept flickering. To avoid the annoyance of forth and back, buying 3 of them is now becoming a waste of money. Lesson learned. Won’t even bother to return it, will just dispose of them. that’s how disappointed I am.
